1. Ownership & Copyright

All photographs, images, and visual content displayed on this website and provided through any digital gallery, download link, or delivery platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Julieth Fajardo Photography. These works are protected under United States and international copyright law. No image may be used, reproduced, distributed, or displayed without express written authorization from Julieth Fajardo Photography.

The purchase of a photography session, digital download, or print does not constitute a transfer of copyright. Copyright remains solely with Julieth Fajardo Photography at all times.

2. Permitted Personal Use

Clients and gallery recipients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. Personal use includes printing images for personal display, sharing on your personal social media profiles, using as personal profile photos, and saving digital copies for personal archiving. This license is granted to the individual client or recipient only and may not be extended to third parties.

3. Prohibited Uses

The following are strictly prohibited without prior written consent:

Commercial use — promoting, advertising, or selling any product, service, brand, or business
Resale or redistribution — selling, licensing, or sharing images with third parties
Editing or modification — cropping, filtering, retouching, altering colors, adding overlays, or any manipulation
Watermark removal — removing, covering, or altering any watermark, logo, or copyright notice
AI training — using images as input or training data for artificial intelligence or machine learning
Publication — using images in print or digital media, blogs, or websites without written approval

4. Social Media and Tagging Requirements

When sharing any image on social media (including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter, and LinkedIn), you must tag @Athlete_Inside or @Rider_inside in the post, credit Julieth Fajardo Photography in the caption, and share the image in its original, unedited form. Failure to properly credit may result in a removal request. Continued non-compliance may result in legal action.

5. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, saving, or using any image from this website or any delivered gallery, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions, agree to comply with all usage restrictions, and accept full responsibility for any unauthorized use.
